St.John's Parish is rather long and narrow in geographical structure. Broadly speaking the Parish is bounded by Richmond Road; South Creek; Bandon Road - Chapman Roads; Boundary Road; Cattai Creek Road; Annongrove Road; Windsor Road and Schofields Roads.

It includes the suburbs of Marsden Park; Riverstone; parts of Vineyard and Oakville; Box Hill; Nelson; Maraylya; Rouse Hill and parts of Schofields.
